Standard quality control procedure
Golden Horse uses FMEA Control Plans at each stage of manufacturing to ensure consistency and high standards. Products are inspected at every point during the production process to prevent non-conforming parts from continuing to the next stage.

All products are inspected for dimensions, mechanical properties and plating thickness before packaging.

Golden Horse is equipped with an Import Computer Control Optical Sorting Machine. This provides a 100 per cent sorting guarantee service to the customer.

Results of each quality control check at each stage of production is documented and can be completely traceable to each batch order.

Pre Production Approval Procedure
Golden Horse is equipped to work according to the PPAP system at the customer's request. After the contract is reviewed, we will produce relative samples. All material specifications, toolings designs and work process controls during the sample production will be recorded. These records will include all of MSA & SPC details.

Customers will receive a full report along with the first batch samples for approval.

Volume production will not start until approval is granted by the customer. The customer will be notified should any work process details change during production.
